Preparing for Your Tour

Visa Requirements 

Most of our tours require a visa. We provide comprehensive assistance throughout the visa application process, ensuring you have all the necessary documentation and information for a smooth and successful application.

Money Exchange

We highly recommend carrying both US dollars and the local currency of your destination country. This ensures you have the flexibility to make purchases and payments seamlessly. Additionally, familiarize yourself with the current exchange rates and consider using reputable exchange services to avoid unfavorable rates.

Rules and Regulations

When traveling to other countries, it's crucial to be aware of the specific rules, regulations, and laws to ensure a smooth and trouble-free experience. Here is a general guide to common rules and regulations in various countries, but always check the specific requirements for your destination before traveling. 

1. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay.
2. Check if you need a visa to enter the destination country and apply in advance if required.
3. Familiarize yourself with what items you can bring into the country (declare items such as large sums of money, food, plants, animals, and certain electronics).
4. Obtain an International Driving Permit (IDP) if required.
5. Understand local driving laws, speed limits, and road signs.
6. Be aware of local customs and social norms.
7. Respect religious practices and dress codes.

Luggage 

When planning your trip, it's essential to be aware of the luggage policies of the airlines you will be flying with, as these can vary significantly. Below is a summary of luggage policies for several major airlines:

Qatar Airways: Weight upto 56 kg 

Nepal Airlines: Weight upto 30 kg 

Thai Airlines: Weight upto 25 kg

Malaysian Airlines: Weight upto 20 kg 

Singapore Airlines: Weight upto 25 kg 

Fly Dubai: Weight upto 30 kg

Payment and Cancellations

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the tour begins.

Cancellations: For cancellations made 30 days before the tour, a certain amount of the deposit is refundable. After 30 days, there will be no refund. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
