Detailed Itinerary

  • DAY 1

    Kathmandu Arrival.

    Your Arrival Time: (?) Our representative will meet and greet you at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to your hotel.
    At. 06:00 PM: A short briefing about your tour program by us at the hotel. If you are arriving late (after 4 PM) then we will have a briefing next morning at 9:00 AM. If there is any payment due, then it will be collected during the briefing time.

  • DAY 2

    Kathmandu Full Day Cultural Sightseeing.

    At. 10:00 AM: After your breakfast, you will visit for a full day sightseeing of Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath stupa, Swayambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Once you complete your sightseeing, we will drop you back to your hotel.

    Pashupatinath temple is the largest and holiest shrines for Hindus. This temple, situated on the bank of Bagmati river was built in the 5th century There are around 492 temples, 15 Shivalayas (shrines of Lord Shiva) and 12 Jyotirlinga (phallic shrines) to explore. No entrance fee is charged for SAARC nationals to enter the temple. Although only Hindus are allowed to enter the temple, visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river.

    Boudhanath is one of the largest stupas in South Asia. It is the center hub of Buddhism in Nepal which is surrounded by hundreds of monasteries. Lichchavi rulers renovated the staple during the 8th century, which has made on the shape of a Mandala. 

    Swayambhunath is one of the most glorious, holiest and oldest Stupa in the world. It is located on a small hillock in west Kathmandu hence commands an excellent view of the valley. The stupa was built in 460 A.D. by King Manadeva, is also known by the name "Monkey Temple".

    Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the three Durbar Squares of Kathmandu Valley. The Malla king Pratap Malla erected the statue of Hanuman (the Hindu god of power) in this place and it was named Hanuman Dhoka.   Taleju Temple, Tribhuvan Museum, the house of Kumari (Living Goddess), Kasthamandap, the temple of Kal Bhairav along with few other temples are some places to explore.

  • DAY 3

    Drive to Kirtipur, Khokhana Bungmati Village Visit and explore Patan.

    At. 08:00 AM: After Breakfast, you will have a drive to Kirtipur village of Nepal. Kirtipur is a culturally rich village in the suburban settlement in Kathmandu valley. Also, you will be visiting Khokana and Bungmati village which have pristine and unspoiled culture and traditions. After exploring these places, you will have a drive to Patan. You will explore the Patan Durbar Square and the photo walks around the premises.

  • DAY 4

    Drive to Namobuddha, visit Dhulikel and Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

    At. 08:00 AM: After Breakfast, you will have a drive to Namobuddha. You will explore the Buddhist culture and traditions in Namobuddha. After exploring Namocbudhha, you will be visiting Dhulikhel. Dhulikhel is a vibrant and naturally rich place to explore. After exploring Dhulikhel, you will have a drive to Bhaktapur. You can visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square and pottery square in Durbar Square premises.

  • DAY 5

    Drive to Changunarayan Temple, Evening in Thamel.

    At. 09:00 AM: After Breakfast at your hotel, you will have a drive to Changurayan temple. In a natural settlement, this place offers some insights into the culture and history of the place and explore the lifestyle of the people. After exploring Changunarayan Temple, you will drive back to Thamel and you will have some free time to explore around and shopping.

  • DAY 6

    Departure.

    At. 09:00 AM: We will transfer you to Kathmandu airport 3 hours before your flight time. (30 mins drive).
