So, the best time to visit Muktinath is, either from March to May or September to October. 

Taking a flight or chartering a Helicopter, Muktinath can be visited by either of the ways conveniently. 

Travellers can visit it after February before November. June to August is the Monsoon season when one has to face extremely heavy rainfall. Flight from Pokhara to Jomsom is the best and quickest way to reach Muktinath temple.

So it is better to avoid going to Muktinath during the rainy season as the roads are mountainous and rocky and one can face unexpected difficulties there. Apart from the rainy season, it is also better to avoid going to Muktinath during the winter season, especially during December and January. During that time, the temperature falls to minus degree Celsius. The environment is extremely frozen and covered with snow all around.
