Taking a flight or chartering a Helicopter, Muktinath can be visited by either of the ways conveniently. 

Travellers can visit it after February before November. June to August is the Monsoon season when one has to face extremely heavy rainfall. Flight from Pokhara to Jomsom is the best and quickest way to reach Muktinath temple.

So it is better to avoid going to Muktinath during the rainy season as the roads are mountainous and rocky and one can face unexpected difficulties there. Apart from the rainy season, it is also better to avoid going to Muktinath during the winter season, especially during December and January.
