Annapurna two-pass trek starts with a drive from Kathmandu valley to Koto village through Prithvi Highway at an elevation of 2670 m. From Koto, you will trek towards Phu village following the Narkhola and Greenland forest. You will be entering the restricted area of Nar Phu valley. Passing through the dense forest, after crossing the river the trek leads to the beautiful pine forest with wide waterfall before arriving Meta village. Following the trail, from Meta village, you will trek towards Nar village following the steep climbs, waterfalls, and suspension bridges.

You will trek to Ngwal after crossing the Kang La pass. This strenuous pass lies at 5215 m and is technical. From the Kang La top, you can witness the Annapurna III and IV, Machhapuchhre (Fish-Tail), Tilicho Peak, and the entire Manang valley. From Manang, you will trek to Yak Kharka and High Camp to cross the Thorang La Pass. After crossing Thorang La Pass, you will reach Muktinath via Kagbeni and reach Jomsom. A flight from Jomsom will take you to the Pokhara valley and a drive will take you back to the capital Kathmandu.
